01 · Under-stairs drawers
Push to open drawers under the stairs, with an oak ply interior and green shaker fronts. One section for hanging coats, one for book bags and school backpacks, and finally one for shoes.

02 · Staircase
Newel posts clad in oak, grooved oak baserails and handrails, with toughened glass panels letting the light through. All for an affordable cost.

03 · Utility room
A returning customer asked for a utility room to cover up the boiler and all the unsightly pipes. A great use of the space, and it looks so much neater.
If your utility room is untidy, fitted units are a good way to gain space and make it a lovely part of your home.

04 · Alcove units
Built-in units in the alcoves, with access to the sockets from inside and matching white wire caps on the worktops. Easy to use, and it keeps that sleek look.
05 · Internal doors
Oak veneer doors fitted into the existing framework to keep mess and cost down, with two bifolds in the living room. The under-stairs door was cut from 1980mm to 1700mm high, with the bottom rail moved so it matches every other door.
Each one lightly sanded and finished with a clear coat of Osmo oil, so the grain shows through.

I’m a carpenter based in Leominster, working across North Herefordshire. I hold a Level 3 NVQ City & Guilds Distinction Diploma in Carpentry & Joinery.
I design, make and paint the work myself, then fit it, so the same person looks after your job from start to finish. A lot of my work comes from returning customers who’ve already got their next project lined up.
